Adobe brillant!

It seems that artists are (at last) brought into relief this last monthes. Artists galleries made by software editor like Microsoft with the Zune gallery or by independant structure like digup.tv can be assimilated to a new trend?
This is reinforced by the last Adobe’s site Brillant. Simply brillant indeed!
I like the graphical approach. Even if my web site is at a very primal state, I developed a quite similar (but really more basic) graphical design approach. I like squares. It symbolizes a rigourous and structured way of representing concepts. It’s also a small representation of a more global concept. There is a parallel between the screen and the square in it, the sketching paper support and the square drawn in it.
As UML diagrams (and others charts or sketches) writer, this graphical design is very strong.

But thanks to the Adobe brillant web site, it worthwhile discover the suggested artists panel. My favourite are :

¬ and the eclectic japanese photographer Maki Kawakita, her blog.

Concerting the site by itself, I really, really love the use of motion, the fluidity of the video integration and graphical animations.
