Children books
Here is the section dedicated to children books’ illustrators. You will find in this major individuals, institutions, libraries, bookstores investigated in this literature for children. But keep in mind that the books you will find above are the image of my personal library. Mainly influenced by the Sophie Van der Linden’s writings (books, Hors-Cadre[s] and blog – see above for more details) and by my own graphics culture, this page contains the books I share with my daughters mainly before the bed down time. So this page is regularly updated.
The structure of this page aims at :
¬ Managing my library (the number of books to remember begins to be huge…)
¬ Visualizing various illustrators’ artwork style
¬ Giving keys to investigate about children books art (yes I consider it’s an specific art)
¬ Being aware of the international edition
Have fun !

All the books I bought by editors. I try to find books in their original language. As for artists, I added all books I expect to read one day ! | By ‘academics’ I centralized all links and information about people and institutions who/which are working around the art of children books. | All events around the art of children books and indirectly about illustration. |
